Kier Places is our building, estate, and property management business, delivering end-to-end solutions for the places where people live, work - and learn.
We’re experts in working within live environments - including the education sector - ensuring minimal disruption for staff and students while maintaining safe, compliant, and operational teaching facilities.
Our Workplace Solutions team provides facilities management, maintenance, and compliance services to 35 school sites nationwide. Using industry-leading technology, we build detailed asset registers to ensure efficient, cost-effective upkeep of buildings, assets and equipment.
Our Building Solutions team delivers certified construction and refurbishment projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. With in-house design capabilities, we manage projects from concept to completion, including:
